What is the appointment deposit policy?

A £50 deposit is required for all appointments. Bookings made online or by phone are provisional until the deposit is received. Provisional bookings are held for 1 hour and automatically cancelled if the deposit is not paid.

What is your cancellations and non-attendance policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancel at least 1 full working day in advance to receive a full deposit refund. Same-day cancellations are charged at £1 per booked minute. Non-attendance without notice is charged at £2 per booked minute.

What behaviour and safety rules apply at the clinic?

We maintain a safe, respectful environment for patients and staff. Abusive, aggressive, or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of future appointments.

Do you offer finance or payment plans?

Accepted Answer

0% finance is available on treatments over £250 — subject to status. Moyle Dental Care works with regulated partners to help patients access affordable monthly payments.

What is your facial aesthetics and age policy?

Accepted Answer

Anti-wrinkle injections are prescription-only medicines provided only after a face-to-face consultation with a qualified prescriber. Treatments are available for adults aged 18 and over only.
